Pint size oyster tin. Sealshipt oysters from the Blue Points Oyster Co. in West Sayville Long Island. 
A nice early can in good condition with some rust spots. It measures almost 4 inches tall. It has its original plug top with it. It has a NJ packing number embossed on the can.
The can shows minimal wear for a 85 year old used relic. A true piece of Long Island NY advertising history. The old photo of the building is not included in the sale. 
Blue Point oysters were first harvested in the early 1800s from the Great South Bay near West Sayville and Blue Point, Long Island.
