Miniature Bluebill Duck Decoy Pair

A great looking mini Bluebill duck decoy pair. Signed and dated on the bottoms by the maker who is unknown to me. Possibly made by Ralf W. Coykendall Jr. but that is just a guess on my part from research. Hoping someone else will know for sure.
