Charlie Bryan (1920–2008) was a well respected decoy maker from Middle River, Maryland in the Upper Chesapeake Bay decoy-carving tradition. He produced decoys that are now highly sought after by collectors, and he made works across multiple decades. This is a full-size wooden decoy that is signed on the bottom and dated 2001.
