A great looking pair of carved wooden miniature Ringneck duck decoys. Made by Capt. Bill Collins. Bill carved in Havre de Grace MD before moving outside Centreville MD. Hand made and painted. They are signed on the bottom and dated. They are about 6 inches long. They have green felt added to the bottom to stop your furniture from being scratched. Bill learned his carving and painting while working with Madison MItchell before purchasing Mitchell's shop upon his retirement.  They are in great original condition.
