Curlew Shorebird Wooden Decoy by Jamie Hand from NJ

A vintage wooden hand carved shorebird decoy by Jamie hand in Goshen New Jersey. I believe it is a Curlew or Whimbrel. It measures 12 inches long and stands 9 1/2 inches tall on the base. The bird is branded "J HAND" on the bottom by the maker.
Jamie learned his craft with the help of the late Hurley Conklin and Harry Shourds III. 
The bird has some paint shrinkage as shown around the neck as shown in the photos. Please look them over carefully and ask any questions or for additional photos. Otherwise it in good condition. 
His carvings are sought out by hunters and collectors alike.
