Bluebill Duck Decoy by Charlie Evans from Riva Maryland

Bluebill Duck Decoy by Charlie Evans from Riva Maryland.

A great looking Anne Arundel county Bluebill by Charlie Evans (b.1921-d.2010) from Riva Maryland. Signed and dated by the maker. Charlie carved for his personal hunting rig used on the South River by his home. This one has a old second coat of Charlie's paint by him. It shows gunning wear with a chip out of the tail and top of the head is worn to wood. A hard decoy to find from this Chesapeake Bay maker.
